  We (2 parents, 2 daughters age 8 and 10) stayed for 5 nights at the Roman Beach hotel and loved it. Boutuque hotel so limited number of rooms (nie and... read more quiet!) and all spacious, well equipped and clean. The rainshower is exactly that ? The pool offers a great alternative to the sea at 50meters distance ?. Staff and manager are friendly, helpful and very service minded. What was a great surprise is the food. Each evening different choice of options and all really well prepared and just suburb.
By far the best hotel we stayed in during our 2,5 weeks in Sri Lanka.

Our next trip to Hikkaduwa would definitely be to here. With Covid, tourism is still limited and makes the situation challenging for all hotels. The Roman Beach hotel deserves many guests, so hopefully this review helps to guide people to spend their holiday here!
